Events

This year’s Hospice Cup regatta takes place on Saturday, September 13, 2025. There are three racing circles offered for participating skippers and crew - a windward leeward course, a distance course, and a cruising fleet course. Prizes are awarded to boats that place in their respective fleets as well as for skippers who deliver superior team fundraising performance. The best overall performing skipper in the 3 most recent Hospice Cup events will receive an invitation to compete in the 2025 Hospice Regattas National Championship. Hospice Cup is organized by the Sailing Club of the Chesapeake and sanctioned by CBYRA, with participating boats eligible for high point credit.

The shore party and awards take place after the race at Horn Point Marina.
