Petite Retreat - Oncology Nursing Society of the Eastern Shore
The Upper Eastern Shore Oncology Nursing Society Chapter & Shore Regional Cancer Center is sponsoring a Petite Retreat - RENEWING BODY, MIND, & SPIRIT WITHOUT LEAVING HOME – with Linda Mastro, Wellness Coach. In this workshop, participants will learn how to enhance their well-being with “Petite Retreats,” short breaks taken in their own home. Each person leaves the workshop with a recipe for creating a two-hour or full-day retreat in the sanctuary of their own home. Course is FREE and includes a complementary lite fare dinner and desert.
