Memory Bears are Stitched with Love

After the loss of a loved one, a favorite article of clothing can be transformed into a cuddly, plump, affectionate bear. Made with love, this ten inch high bear radiates joy and is a reminder of fond memories.

Hospice volunteer Florence Lednum cuts, sews and decorates each bear individually, taking into account the personality of the person who wore the clothing. Florence started sewing bears in 2005 and has brought smiles to many, many family members.
