Talbot Hospice’s clinical staff travels throughout Talbot County to wherever people call home. Most people want to die in their own home and Talbot Hospice provides support and services that will allow patients to spend their final days where they wish. Our caring professionals offer medical services, social services, spiritual care and bereavement counseling. In addition, more than 350 Talbot Hospice volunteers contribute vital services and support to patients and families.
