Through the generous support of a caring community, the Talbot Hospice Foundation offers patients and caregivers hope and dignity while facing end-of-life issues.

An interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals and volunteers provide practical knowledge and compassion for families and patients so that they may feel cared for, comforted and supported. Hospice services can be provided at home, in a nursing or retirement facility and in the comfortable, home-like setting of our Guest Wing.

Giving to Talbot Hospice and/or becoming a volunteer are wonderful and essential ways that you can help us to continue providing our valuable services, including our pre-Hospice-Pathways, Hospice at Home, Guest Wing,
Bereavement , Spirituality and Caregiver Support Programs. All services are provided without charge through this generous support.

Each gift to Talbot Hospice Foundation is important and appreciated as we receive no insurance reimbursement from Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. Those who volunteer and give financially to Talbot Hospice receive joy in knowing that they have helped to lessen a burden.

It is a privilege for the staff and volunteers to serve our patients and families during one of the most difficult, yet poignant times in their lives.

Please check our calendar for upcoming dates including support groups, volunteer training schedules, fundraising events, and the community's beloved holiday event-Festival of Trees.
